Beef

Choose from Whole Beef, Half Beef, Quarter Beef, Ground Beef, Hamburger Patties, and/or multiple flavored brats and links.

Pork

Choose from Whole Hog, Half Hog, Pork Patties, Pork Cutlets, Ham, Sausage, and/or multiple flavored brats and links.

Lamb

Choose from Leg of Lamb, Loin Chops, Rib Chops, Shoulder Roasts, Ground Lamb, Stew Meat, Lamb Shanks, and/or Rack of Ribs.
